Walked It · London is a self-guided walking itinerary. There are no accounts. We do not sell your personal information. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

No accounts

You do not sign in. We do not create user profiles.

On your device (localStorage)

• Stop tick-offs are stored in your browser localStorage (key london-walked-checked).
• Chat history with the walking mate is stored in localStorage (key london-walked-chat).

These stay on your device until you clear site data or delete them in the app. We cannot read your localStorage from our servers.

Location (optional, map only)

If you tap Open the map and allow location, the browser may share your position so the live map can show where you are while you walk. Location is used only for that map feature (and, if you have allowed it and then ask the walking mate, an approximate lat/lng may be included in the itinerary snapshot sent with that chat question). You can deny location and still use the full itinerary, ticks, Open in Maps links, and chat. We do not use location to track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not continuously upload your location when the map is closed.

AI chat (walking mate)

When you ask the walking mate a question, the app sends your question plus a snapshot of the itinerary as currently shown (days setting, weekday filter, visible stops, tick state, and optional location if available) to our server route /api/chat, which forwards it through the Lovable AI gateway to generate an answer. Chat messages may be retained briefly by that gateway as needed to provide the service. We do not sell chat content.

What we do not do

• No sale of personal information
• No third-party ad networks
• No accounts or marketing emails from this product

Web hosting

The site may produce standard host or CDN logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and reliability.
